For Mathematics in Bachelors in Computer Application (BCA) you need not prepare the core mathematics but you need to have a basic grasp on Computer oriented Mathematics, which includes some Discrete Mathematics. Topics which might be important in point of BCA are:

Basic Calculus
Boolean Algebra
Set Theory
Probability and Statistics
Combination and Permutation
Elementary Mathematics till Class 10
