hi,

see you can study for gate exam from any of the standard text books. gate is a mcq based exam and you have to practice mcqs question which are more difficult level than any of the semester engineering university paper. I hope you may guess why gate preparation is different from semester exam preparation. now coming to question solving, first download the syllabus and take a printout and keeps it handy to your study table. prepare mostly the syllabus mentioned for gate and clear the basic concept. after that solve papers from made easy books and scheum series mcq books. you may follow our article to know about standard books for gate exam:
