see b.eled is a 4 years undergraduate degree course program, candidates who has completed the 12th course from any stream from a recognized education board may apply for b.el. ed course. however after completing the course, you have job options available like you may apply for elementary class teachers position is government or private institutions, you may prepare for ssc/ bank po jobs or any other government graduate level job positions. so if a government job is your main purpose then you should go for b.eled course.
