Of course you can do pursue BBA after completing 12th from science stream. BBA is a three year undergraduate course which teaches basics in business and management and students who have passed their 12th standards are eligible to pursue this course irrespective of what subjects they studied in their 12th standard.

Yes you can pursue BBA on the basis of board marks of 12th science.  But your marks should be very good for admission. If you want too College for BBA then admissions process is on basis of entrance exam. Some top colleges for BBA with their entrance exam are-

3. NPAT - NMIMS institute
4. SET ( Symbiosis entrance test)  - Symbiosis International University
