If you want to be in the top 1percentile, your rank should be less than 12,000. Now, since JEE Main marks are normalized, therefore it is difficult to predict the exact score at which you would be in the top 1 percentile. But I guess if you score more than 200 marks then you would easily have 99+ percentile.

Hello aspirant! Let me to inform you that for getting 99+ percentile marks in jee mains you really need to work damn hard to get a good marks. For getting 99 + percentile you can not think about marks less than 300, 310 . Moreover it might change the next year according to the difficulty level and no. Of students appearing and no. Of students getting more than 300 marks. So you should aim to get 320+ marks.
