Dear Aman, you haven't mentioned your highest qualification and what you want to study abroad. Neverthless, if you want to study abroad, you should appear for IELTS/TOEFL/SAT based on the country that you want to work study in. And you can check the basic eligibility requirements for the course that you want to join and the documents needed. And regarding joining Indian Foreign Affairs, you need to appear and clear all the levels of UPSC.
