I want to study bio technology, So how much I need percentage in class 12 ?

If you want to get into top colleges for biotechnology engineering like IITs/NITs and IIITs you need to get 75% marks in your board exam or you should be in top 20 percentile and you have to appear for JEE exam.

 

You can also appear for other exam of engineering like-

1- BITSAT

2- SRM

3- VIT

4- Manipal

5- Amrita

You can consider below details -
Jee Main - To get seat in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs, you will have to secure either 75% or you should be there in top 20 percentile.

BITSAT - Your percentage should be 75% aggregate in PCM and 60% marks in individual subjects (PCM)

VIT, SRM, Manipal - Aggregate 60% in PCM would be required if you wish to apply for the same.

Note : Apart from Jee and BITSAT, at least 60% should be there as this would be the safe percentage almost for all.
