According to me T.S.CHANAKYA, Mumbai, which has now come under Indian Maritime University (head office in Chennai)is your best choice. Its a very old college and has almost 100% placement records. IMU conducts CET exam for the 6 colleges which comes under it, 2 in Mumbai, 1 in Chennai, 1 in Kolkata, 1 in Vizag and 1 in Kochi. B.Sc in available in T.S.CHANAKYA and Chennai campus
