Hii!
Yes, you can join diploma in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) course right after class 10th. The eligibility criteria for the course states that the candidate must have passed class 10th with minimum 50% marks ( my change from institute to institute ) from a recognised board of education and maths being a compulsory subject in class 10th.
So, if you satisfy this criteria, you can apply for the course.
