Hey there!

You have already mentioned that you like humanities and want to pursue your further studies in this stream,so don't let anyone tell you that you should study BTech or MBBS or any other course.

All you need to do is explain to your parents and other family members why you are choosing humanities over science.Tell them what will you do after your graduation.

Tell them that you are not comfortable in pursuing BTech and you don't like studying science.

I am not saying that BTech is bad but as you already know where your interest lies,it might happen that you will regret the decision of choosing BTech.

I hope this answer helps you.

Feel free to ask if you have any more queries.

All the best!
