Firstly, it would be nice if you could tell us in which particular college you want to take admission, since various colleges have different eligibility and admission criteria as some of the institutes ask at least 50 % marks in 10+2  while there are others which select candidates on the basis of the entrance test so basically the criteria varies accordingly.
