You can surely go for MCA course (of 3 years duration) after your B.Sc. in (MPCs) if you want to explore career options in software development and its applications, hardware and networking, database administration, web development etc. MCA from a reputed institute is treated as a more professional course than MSc in CS. But just to let you know, the 1st year syllabus is usually a repetition of B.Sc. (CS)  syllabus and science graduates from various disciplines are eligible for this course.
While the important part is that choosing MCA can fetch you good jobs in top IT companies and consultancy firms like Developer, Manager, Computer System Analyst, Software Publisher, Consultant, Software application Architect etc. Further, you will have numerous projects to do. If you have good programming skills (C, C++, Java etc.), you may also get good internships. MNCs usually prefer MCA graduates over MSc graduates.

But if you are interested in developing a new software, information security, VSLI/ Embedded systems, Robotics, Wireless communication or teaching in a HEI (Higher Educational Institution), you can also look for M.Sc in CS, which is a course of 2 years duration specified for B.Sc.(CS) graduates.
