Hello student. Firstly, artificial intelligence is something like a building. Foundation always remain these subjects. Machine learning, data science, big data analysis etc. These three are not three different domains or streams. Each of these three is correlated with the other two. So whichever you take in these will be helpful for you to better support for ms in AI. Since out of the two options you gave, one cse branch has cse with data science  with ML and AI, I would suggest you to go for it.
