Hi, 

There are entrance exams like NEET UG, AIIMS UG, manipal entrance examination etc by which you can apply for baslp.
For several colleges provideing baslp course NEET is the entrance test.

Since you have already appeared for neet, wait for the results to be out and then i guess you can opt for baslp course. 

There are colleges lik aiims, pgimr etc which have this course.
