The Selection for veterinary colleges for the 15% All India quota seat is done through AIPVT. The seat allocation will be done from the Mark's obtained in NEET UG 2019 only. So there is no other option to participate in the counselling of AIPVT. But You can check for state veterinary colleges to the state you belong if available.
