Your question is not clear as to in which course you are willing to take admission. For each and every course there is a separate procedure and each university conduct its own exam.  In general students willing to do general courses like BA Hons in English and other subjects can fill Delhi University forms and students who are willing to pursue a professional course have to follow the procedure set by the Institute itself.
