Well, there are not many institutions (government) that offer bcom and llb integrated course. Ba llb and bba llb are provided by various government colleges. However, i'll give you a list of all the colleges offering bcom llb around delhi NCR:-

• IMS university, gaziabad.
• KR mangalam university, gurgaon.
• GD goenka university, gurgaon
• Manav rachna university

You could go for BBA + LLB , or do bcom and LLB, separately. Hope this helps you.
