You haven't mentioned the name of the city college about which your query  as there are large number of cities having their own city college,  but if you are asking about admission in msc now then I don't think that any college will give you admission now at this time for msc as all the colleges are done with admission process , even classes have started long back and many are done with mid semester exams as well , so you cannot get admission now.
