In ISC Class 12 , English is a compulsory subject, and you must pass it along with at least three other subjects to be considered "Pass." Since you mentioned that you passed English and three other subjects (total 4 subjects passed) but failed in two subjects, you will still be considered Pass in the ISC Board.

So, you pass the ISC Class 12 exam because you have cleared English and three other subjects.
