Well there are various good institutes for naval architecture course you can refer accordingly the list is given below in order of their rank.

IIT Madras
IIT Delhi.
Delhi maritime academy.
School of ocean engineering, Chennai.
IIT Kharagpur.
Andhra University.
Cochin University.
Academy of maritime education, Chennai, etc.
