Sorry but once you have paid the seat acceptance you can not withdraw it. The acceptance fee is the thing which shows that you have accepted this college and don't want any other options.

Candidates Who want to avail "withdraw" option must fill in the requisite  details (bank A/C No and cancelled cheque JPG image along with few details)online,generate Withdrawal request letter and carry the same yo an RC for final formalities.
Withdrawal can't be processed without reporting at an RC

Yes you can withdraw the seat .

For that you have to not report at the centre .

By this automatically your seat will get cancelled and you will not participate in further rounds  and the amount you paid will be returned to you later .

Ra 1000 will be deducted and the remaining balance will be given after certain period
