You will attain 21 years as on 3rd August of 2025, however candidates appearing for upsc 2025 need to attain 21 years as on 1st August of the appearing year, hence you will not be eligible for UPSC 2025,

you can appear for UPSC 2026 if you have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, even final year candidates too are eligible to apply provisionally, there is no specific aggregate required regarding this,

the exam is conducted in three stages namely - prelims, mains and interview or personality test.
