I was born in Bihar but i have completed my studies from 1st till 12th in Goa so if i answer neet from which state I will be eligible?

If you have the domicile for both the states then you are eligible from both the states but still you need to confirm it on the states official website for medical courses so as to check their eligibility criteria for the 85% state quota.

It is your wish from which state would you like to apply for 15% all india quota as you would be eligible from both the states.
