Its a counselling process where you need to submit the certificate of caste which you have filled during the application process You cannot change your caste later . Since you selected whatever category in jac, your application will be considered only for that certificate under the general category for JAC Delhi counselling . In a very rare chance, JAC Delhi might allow category change during counselling for genuine cases with proper documentation in this case you should inform the counselling authority to get any help.
