The eligibility criteria for GUJCET is that a candidate should have passed Class 12 exam from a school situated in Gujarat.
OR
Parents of the candidates must be from Gujarat or must be working in Gujarat at the time of admission.
You must have a domicile of Gujarat.
Since you are born in Gujarat, you are completely eligible.
