Below is mentioned the age criteria for eligibility to give NDA exam 2022:

Applying candidate age should be between 16.5 to 19.5 years. For NDA I, the candidate must be born between 2 ^nd July 2003 to 1 ^st July 2006. For NDA II, the candidate must be born between 2 ^nd January 2004 to 1 ^st January 2007.

Since you were born on 16th February, 2003 you are no more eligible for this exam.
