I was completed my 10th in 2015 and 12th by pcb in 2018 I not attempt my 11th please help me I can give neet 2019

No, you are not eligibile for NEET 2019. You have to complete your 11th from a recongnized board in order to seat for NEET. You have to study PCB in 11th & 12th to be eligibile for NEET.
