You can't any get any type of scholarship to study abroad by neet.If you crack neet with good marks and rank then you can get admission in government medical colleges in India.

Dear Karthik, now even if you want to study Medicine abroad, you have to appear for NEET. It has been made Mandatory. So you will have to wait until 2020 to appear for NEET and study Medicine. It is the same criteria with AIIMS and JIPMER too. 17 years is the minimum age limit.
