If you are not getting any college in first round of the counselling it clearly shows that your choice filling is not up to the mark.you have to fill as many as colleges possible during choice filling.
Still do not worry and don't lose any hope you can choose float option in each round of the counselling and have a look further. Don't worry you might get any till it ends.

Now coming to your query, Your question is inappropriate because you didn't provide all required details like rank, Category, and college in which you want to get a seat. Nevertheless, Dear, we can't be sure whether you could get a seat in the 2nd round or not because it depends on various factors like your rank, category, Domicile state, etc. But there are so many students who didn't get a seat in the 1st round but allotted seats in the 2nd round or mop-up round. So don't lose hope.
