I was passed AP EAMCET with 45196 rank I was confused because which group is better for me my optional group is ece but I am poor in physics

To take ECE. It doesn't mean you need to be good at physics . If you have minimum knowledge in physics them ECE. Will be good for you.In engineering you will come across physics in every branch . According to placements ECE will be very good for you.
