480 marks in NEET will barely get you any college to be honest. MBBS and CA are both very good options with high placements, job opportunities and a big salary package. So it is really upon you to decide which stream you would like to see yourself in.

I'd suggest taking some time and introspecting which branch will be good for you. Papers for both courses will not be too easy and hardwork will be needed in both Courses too.

At the end of the day, you can't put your feet in two boats so It's better to choose What is good for you.

See both are two different streams and you have to choose which one you like the most . The stream which you choose should be in your interest so that you did not feel any regret in the future and do choose the course with proper research . So take your time and choose the course wisely  as it will shape your future .
