Hi,
Look TCS is a Mass recruiter. If you got job in TCS it is good, but TCS's pay scale is around 20-25k/month for freshers. Don't know how much you are getting, but it's around like that. So, if you happy with that package, then do your job but if you want boost in your career or interest then do MBA. Also must sure, if you do MBA, then do only from top 30 B-Schools in India otherwise it will not be worth it.
