As per information bulletin to appear in JEE MAINS these are eligibility related to qualifying exam.

Students should have passed 10+2 from any recognised board.
Senior Secondary school Examination conducted by NIOS with minimum 5 subjects.
At least 75 percentile in 12th board or rank among the top 20 percentile in qualifying exams.
Physics and Mathematics are mandatory.
Maximum three consecutive attempts like for JEE MAINS 2022 you should have passed 12th in last passing year should be 2020 .

Also note your state of eligibility for NIOS will be that state in which your centre was allotted. So, you will be eligible for JEE MAINS if you repeat from NIOS.
