Hello there,
Hope you are doing well
Sorry to say but 159 marks is very low score to qualify for seat in MBBS or any other medical courses. Cut off in all colleges, for all courses are increasing every year due to higher demand and higher number of applications. If we look at previous year's cut off trends, candidates from general category required minimum 50th percentile to qualify for admission in MBBS or other medical courses. With the score you have mentioned above your percentile would be around 20th-25th percentile which makes it really difficult for you to get admission in any government, semi government or private colleges as well. But do not lose hopes, you can try harder next year and get a qualifying score to get admission in government college for MBBS. For now you can try to get admission in BPharm or BPT under management quota, there might be few chances of your admission through management quota. For management quota you need to visit the college or contact them to know about the admission process since all the colleges has different rules and criteria for management quota.
