The eligibility criteria for AIIMS PGn January session, is that all the candidates are required to complete the compulsory one-year rotatory internship on or before January 30, 2018. Considering that you will complete your internship on 31st March which is after 30th January, you do not seem to be eligible for AIIMS PG for this session.
