510 is a good score. You haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, if you want to apply for Medical Colleges in other States, you should apply under their All India Quota. And All India Quota is 15% so 510 might be a lesser score. And Category also plays a role here. So if you have any State in mind, please do let us know along with your Category and we can help you with their cut offs for your Category so that you can weigh in your options
