Hello,
Here is the list of courses offered at different NIPERs and it's eligibility criteria

MS.Pharm- graduation in B.Pharm or Masters in Biological sciences is required.
M.Pharm- graduation in B.Pharm is required.
M.tech pharm- graduation in B.Pharm or M.Sc life science is required

So, you are not eligible to appear for NIPER as you haven't fulfilled the education qualification requirement.
