Hello,

No, you cannot give your examination without internship certificate. Internship certificate is mandatory to write the examination.An extension asked for internship certificate will also not entertain student for examination.
.
Your application will automatically cancelled if you don't meet any of the eligibility criteria. Better luck next time.
