According to your marks in NEET 2019 (175/720) and quota (OBC PWD) your category rank will be in the range of 200-700. In this range you have a greater chance of getting into your State Quota seat either Bihar or Jharkhand, but you should prefer Bihar for its low cut-offs and higher number of colleges. AIQ seats aren't to be thought of right now but State Quota seats are surely something you should keep an eye on in Bihar if you have Bihar's domicile.
