Dear Aryan, in 2018, under State Quota, 415 marks.secured a seat in Government Medical College, Siddipet under OBC Category. 393 marks secured 2 seats in Private Medical Colleges in Sanga Reddy and Siddipet. Unfortunately, a Medical College seat in tough for your score.
