If you want to do cse only you can try to get it in any other campus of VIT. The campus like AP, Bhopal are new hence their cutoffs are very low. Every branch is good in it's own way it depends on you that which one gets you involved and interested. Also you didn't shared your rank how am I supposed to tell what branches you can get in the college without your rank.
