No, AIIMS conduct nursing exam differently.Both the exam are conducted individually.

AIIMS B.Sc (H) Nursing Eligibility Criteria: 

Candidates must have passed class 12 under the 10+2 scheme/Senior School Certificate Examination or Intermediate Science or an equivalent examination from a recognized University/Board of any Indian State
They must have studied English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects and secured a minimum aggregate marks of 55% for Gen/OBC candidates and 50% in case of SCs/STs category candidates.

After passing class 12 with the biology subject you will have to apply for AIIMS course seperately. Both the Nursing and MBBS are two seperate examinations.
