Candidates/students from outside Tamil Nadu are also eligible to apply for TNEA, but here the condition is they have to be studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII standard in Tamil Nadu.

They don't have to disclose their nativity certificate.

The registration form is released on the month of may before that only your+1 and +2 results may come. If not it is very much difficult to apply for TNEA 2019 exam.
