ICAI conduct 3 exams FOUNDATION, INTERMIDATE AND FINAL EXAMINATION

INTERMIDATE AND FINAL courses are separated by 2 groups GROUP A AND GROUP B  which is optional to be given separately or together but for both there is no relaxation for any.

in foundation there are 4 subjects

business maths which is an objective paper

Accountancy which is a subjective paper

english and business Law which is also subjective

and economics which is a objective paper

each paper is of 100 marks and to clear the attempt you need to score 40 in each and 200 in total
