Yes you have to attend MHT CET the next year. Or else you have attended this year, then you should fill the choices. Please search the colleges that provide courses like Software engineering, computer engineering. If you do not get B.Tech you can try B.Sc. in computer science.

Even if you have taken pcmb there is no issue to it. Having pcmb branch has no relation to getting into a college with CSE branch. First year of college is same for every branch. Initially c language is taught to its core so there is no isuue. Becoming software engineer is a good career option you need to learn. Various languages and work upon that, as time would leap you will get to know! No worries.
