Hello,

I think it will be better for you to do your 11th and 12th from a CBSE board if you are planning on appearing for Engineering entrance exams.

CBSE or the Central Board of Secondary Education

Comes under the Union Government of India.

Focus is given more on theoretical concepts

Allows English as well as Hindi as medium of instructions.

conducts lot of Scholarships and talent search exams

For higher education options, CBSE is the best option since The entrance examinations for both medicine and engineering are based out of the CBSE syllabus.

I would also like to add that you should try for not just IITs but also other good colleges like BITS, VIT, etc and appear for their entrance exams. Keep IIT as your first priority but also try for the other exams too.

Good Luck
