The list of colleges in India having Diploma in software engineering after Class 10 is as follows:

• Gujarat Technological University (GTU)

• APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU), Kerala
• Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET), Punjab
• University of Delhi (DU)

Approximately average tuition fee is Rs 25 to 50K per year but it may vary from college to college depending on type of college, college rating and scholarship status of the student.

This is a 3 years course and in order to be eligible, you have to pass Class 10 or equivalent examination.

After completing diploma, you can join BE or B.Tech through lateral entry. Moreover, areas of recruitment include tech firms, computer technology firms, electronics firms, relevant Government departments, MNCs, IT firms, digital media firms, software development firms etc.
