NEET is an entrance exam for admission to undergraduate MBBS, BDS, Ayush and medicine allied course across Indian as well as abroad.Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Biology, Physics and Chemistry with 50% marks if they belong to general category, for SC/ST/OBC-NCL it is 40% marks for PWD it is 45% marks from a recognized.Candidates qualifying in can get admission in various government, private, ESIC, Deemed universities, AFMC based on their merit.

So NEET exam has basically 3 subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It's an exam of 720 marks - each question has +4 marks for a correct answer and -1 negative marking for every wrong answer.
Physics and Chemistry have 45 question ie 180 marks and Biology has 90 questions ie 360 marks so a total of 720 marks for the examination.
NEET exam is used for admission into various medical courses like MBBS BDS BAMS BHMS BPT or BVSC. And it's an ALL INDIA COMMON ENTRANCE examination.
And for the online classes, there are many available like the BYJUS, UNACADEMY, CLEAR CONCEPTS, etc.
