AIBE 2025 is a certification exam conducted by the Bar Council of India for law graduates. You need to pass it to get your Certificate of Practice and start practising in courts. The exam will be held on 30 November 2025, and registration runs till 31 October 2025. It’s an offline MCQ exam with 100 questions, no negative marking, and you can carry Bare Acts. Once you pass, the BCI issues your COP, which officially allows you to work as an advocate.
