For obc with your score of 115 you do have a fair chance of getting a seat in one of the aiims.
Basically it depends on what percentile you get because aiims cutoffs are on the basis of percentiles.
But 115 is a fair enough score acc to the trends of last year.

Bhubaneswar-1034
Jodhpur-1946

As per the lowest cutoff percentile:

For OBC(NCL) cutoff percentile was 99.1600595 and tge corresponding rank was 3221
For OBC cutoff percentile was 97.3549899 amd corresponding rank was 9973.
